Description: A global quantitative study on everyday life practices at home produced a rich report that colleagues found hard to navigate and apply. I defined the concept for a self-serve insight tool for users with different levels of data skill, sketched mock-ups, and tested them with users to simplify navigation and make key insights accessible.

Skills: UX Research · UX Design

Tools: PowerPoint · Miro · Teams

My role: Project manager and concept lead; the tool was built by a data scientist and a Power BI developer.

Impact: [add, if you have a measure or example of use]

Status: the project was not fully completed when I left; the next step was to gather feedback from local market teams.
