Summary: A self-paced workbook (4 to 5 weeks) in which freelancers and solopreneurs use AI to analyse their own content, audience and brand voice. A diagnostic checklist routes each learner to a Beginner or Experienced track. Every module combines a short story-based case, a lecture deck, structured AI prompts and a reflection table.

The learner problem

Many freelancers and solopreneurs start publishing before they can say what their voice is or who they are speaking to. Frameworks such as brand archetypes then feel interesting but abstract: learners told me they liked them but did not know how to use them. [Add what you observed in mentoring or surveys that led to this design.]

Concept

Instead of teaching frameworks in the abstract, the workbook treats a learner's own published content as data. Learners collect their posts, run structured analyses with an AI tool of their choice, and paste the results into reflection tables. The AI acts as an analysis partner while the learner stays the author of the conclusions.

How a learner moves through it

  1. Set intention: share links to their channels, current difficulties, what they have tried, and what they want after four weeks.
  2. Warm-up: identity exercises that start from hobbies and admired people before any content channel, to loosen up and gather pieces of identity.
  3. AI practice: a vocabulary table (must-know and nice-to-know brand voice terms, each with a prompt for learning it) and a task to compare two AI tools.
  4. Diagnostic: a 20-point self-audit checklist across consistency, recognition, engagement, business value and strategy, then a route to a track.
  5. Three modules on the chosen track.
  6. Check-in form after each module, then a wrap-up with summary slides, a recording and a feedback form.

The two tracks

Experienced track

Module 1: Audit your brand voice. Look back at current identity and voice.

Module 2: Map the customer journey.

Module 3: Market validation. Check the market and refine customer insight.

Beginner track

Module 1: Explore the market. Build a first scaffold: which groups discuss your niche and which 2 to 3 keywords matter.

Module 2: Create persona and journey.

Module 3: Define your brand voice. Tone and identity.
